Stop by the booth you are wanting to chat with in one of the other three exhibit hall rooms. View staff availability in the chat rooms, as well as experts available for private, 20-minute chats in that particular booth.

Four Simple Steps to Make Your 20-Minute Appointment

Step 1: Click on the Meet the Experts Exhibit Hall sign in the lobby or the Meet the Experts Tab in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Visit the rooms and look for booths of interest in the exhibit hall.

Step 3: In the booth, look at the descriptor for a listing of all staff available by role (Program, Grants Management, Review, etc.)

Step 4: Go to the “Reserve a 1:1 Meeting” in the white navigation bar and find the available time slots for the expert you want.
